Calling all women to join in a circle to celebrate ourselves on a regular basis in sync with the new moon. It begins each year with an event in conjunction with International Women’s Day (March 8, 2017) and continues each month on the day of the new moon through November!

We will join together in the large Stone Circle, Three Witnesses circle, Circle of Mystery or other outdoor sacred place at Kinstone (weather permitting) to share a short meditation, shared feelings, stories and poems. In this space we are free to celebrate our collective strength, fearlessness, nurturing, healing and gifts. Together. Women have an amazing ability to heal the world, give birth to new life and new ideas; we add our special forces to great effect in our achievements in social, economic, cultural and political arenas. We are strong and together in a community, a circle, we shine brighter. Join us!

All women are invited, especially women who are desiring to create supportive relationships with other women, women who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and are looking for some rejuvenation, and women who are looking for ways to find and express the Sacred in their daily lives.

Date: We begin each year with a celebration of INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY on March 8. Then, we meet on the evening of each NEW MOON through November – see the list of dates at the bottom of the page and the specific theme which is posted next to the date as the themes are announced. 2017 Dates:

March 27 – Sacred Protectress: I stand with graceful confidence, claiming my true worth and power.

April 26 – Cherished Body: I Honor my Body as a Sacred Temple

Thoughts from Unify and questions to contemplate:

“May this “pink moon” be a time of letting go and completion. May you surrender that which no longer serves you, so with the coming cycle, you can be reborn. What are you needing to let go of so you can create space for new opportunities to come into your life which better support the woman you are choosing to be?

This is a time to explore the relationships we have in our lives, and most importantly the relationship we have with ourselves. Are your thoughts and actions balanced and nourishing? How are you treating your body?

Your body is a beautiful, a sacred temple to be honored, cared for, and celebrated. You, the expansive soul inside that body, must be honored as well.

In a world where society teaches women that their value is what they look like and we are encouraged to try to be an impossible vision of ‘perfect’…. a world where dieting and body shame are considered “just normal”, it is time for us to reclaim an empowered relationship with ourselves and our bodies.

We have a vital opportunity to create a powerful shift in collective consciousness…. Through doing the inner transformation work together with our sisters, we become leaders by example and show young girls a different option.

We choose to listen to our bodies, honor our natural rhythms, move or rest when we choose, eat nourishing foods, adore every curve, wrinkle, or blemish, and practice love and compassion for any disability or hardship.

“Loving yourself and LOVING your body is the greatest revolution”

Questions to contemplate for the circle sharing on April 26
• What part of your body do you have the hardest time accepting?
• Is there an experience of body shame from childhood or adulthood that you are
ready to forgive and release?
• What are three ways you can honor and care for your body on a weekly basis?
• What would you tell to your daughter about how you feel about your body?
• What is the meanest thing you say to yourself about your body?
• What are three things you love about your body?
• What is an affirmation you would like to tell yourself when you look in the mirror?
• When do you feel the most beautiful and healthy in your body? How can you cultivate more of this feeling?”
