DESCRIPTION:It’s Spring and we welcome you once again to Kin-Day Family Day – our Annual Spring Open House event!  \nJoin us for this free event as we open our doors and grounds again to celebrate Spring and the return of warm weather and another season here at Kinstone. Bring the kids of all ages to this family-centered event. Enjoy live music by Patina\, a birds of prey raptor show\, and hear secrets of the stone circle shared by founder/creator Kristine Beck\, – bring the kids as we will have story time\, Suminagashi art activities and face painting\, too!  \nCome hungry as Tansy’s Traveling Kitchen will be here with their excellent food for purchase. \nDATE/TIME:  Sunday\, May 5\, Noon to 5pm \nCOST:  FREE and Open to the Public \nGeneral Schedule for the day (subject to change!): \n\nNoon to 4pm:  TANSY’S TRAVELING KITCHEN food trailer\nNoon to 3pm:  LIVE MUSIC by Patina\n12:30pm:  Kids Activities:\n\nStory time for Kids with Dawn Tevis\nSumingashi Art activity with Dawn Tevis\nFace Painting by April Stone (donations accepted!)\n\n\n2:30pm: Birds of Prey Raptor Show with River Valley Raptors\n3:30pm: Secrets of the Stones\, stories of the standing stones as shared by Kristine Beck\n\nThis event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. Dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes. It is always breezy up here on the ridge. Bring an umbrella\, raincoat\, hat\, scarf\, and even gloves\, etc\, if it turns out to be chilly or wet!
