SUMMARY:Kin-Day Family Day and Annual Spring Open House
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this free event as we open our doors and grounds to celebrate Spring and the return of warm weather and another season here at Kinstone. Bring the kids of all ages to experience Kinstone during this family-centered event. Enjoy live music by Patina\, great food from Tansy’s food truck\, and join in various activities for the kids including a live RAPTOR DEMONSTRATION by River Valley Raptors! \nCome hungry as Tansy’s Traveling Kitchen will be here with their excellent food for purchase. In addition\, Kinstone will have fresh cookies and beverages  (coffee\, cocoa\, tea\, soda\, sparkling water) for sale in the Visitor Center. \nDATE/TIME:  Sunday\, May 3\, Noon to 5pm \nCOST:  FREE and Open to the Public \nGeneral Schedule for the day (subject to change!): \n\nNoon to 5:00pm:  TANSY’S TRAVELING KITCHEN food trailer\nNoon to 3pm:  LIVE MUSIC by Patina\n12:30pm:  Kids Activities  with Dawn Tevis\n2:30pm: Q&A with Kristine in the Great Stone Circle\n3:15pm: Live RAPTOR DEMONSTRATION with River Valley Raptors\nThe grounds are open for exploration from Noon to 5pm.\n\nThis event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. Dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes. It is always breezy up here on the ridge. Bring an umbrella\, raincoat\, hat\, scarf\, and even gloves\, etc\, if it turns out to be chilly or wet!
