DESCRIPTION:Join Cheri Bunker for an Autumn Tea Tasting experience at Kinstone. As the temps get cooler\, now is a perfect time to try some warming beverages. What a great way to try a selection of tea and see which ones suit you best! \nWe will learn about Black\, Green\, Yellow\, White\, Pu’er\, Oolong\, and Matcha teas as well as Rooibos and Herbal tisanes. We will have the opportunity to sip various teas as we hear about the health benefits of each such as relaxation\, energy\, skin\, weight loss\, focus\, mood balance\, natural detox\, sleep and/or strengthened immune systems. \nHave you always wanted to know more about tea and the wellness benefits of drinking this special beverage? Learn about tea ware\, strainers\, bamboo whisks\, loose leaf vs tea bags. Did you know there are optimum temperatures for steeping and serving different teas? \nWe will also experience a tea ceremony with Matcha green tea and learn to create a beautiful tea tray for presentation. Light treats will be served with the tea. \nDate: Saturday\, October 26 \nTime: 1:00pm – 3:00pm \nCost: $35 \n  \n\nAbout your Instructor: \nCheri Bunker is a lifelong crafter and has over 20 years of experience presenting and facilitating many different types of classes and programs. She teaches mandala rock art classes\, spirit doll making classes\, Soul Collage ®\,  drumming and movement\, tea ceremonies and other workshops! \nCheri is a REMO HealthRHYTHMS ® Endorsed Group Drumming Facilitator\, Licensed Drumtastic Teacher\, Rhythm2Recovery Facilitator\, Sound Healing Facilitator\, SoulCollage ® Facilitator\, Reiki Master/Teacher\, and Certified Aromatherapist.
