FIERCE LOVE. Mother Earth\, is speaking. To truly heal from our past\, we must forgive ourselves so we can forge a new way.\nWe often carry shame from our past mistakes\, so we will often make the mistake again in some other way until we learn to forgive.\nForgiving ourselves requires that we feel what’s happening in our emotional realm and use our heartbreak as medicine. We must understand why we made the choices we did. It’s usually not a choice we made on our own\, but a choice we made as a result of upbringing\, our ancestral trauma\, and our conditioning. When we realize this we can deeply forgive ourselves.\nFrom there\, it’s important to share with someone what you’ve been keeping inside.
