A free lunch is made available for participants enrolled in classes that are scheduled for one full day (i.e. 6 hours or more in one day). Up to three free meals per day are made available for participants enrolled in courses that are scheduled to occur over two or more consecutive days with 8 hours scheduled per day. We make every effort to use organic and locally sourced food and ingredients in our meals. We offer a general menu that is suitable for omnivores as well as for vegetarians. We offer water to drink for all meals; coffee and hot tea are available at meals and breaks. If you have any food allergies or have any special dietary requirements, please bring your own meals and snacks to supplement what we provide.
In all cases, please feel free to bring your own beverages, meals and/or snacks if you wish to do so. If you do plan to bring your own meals and snacks, please indicate that on your registration form so we can plan accordingly. We recommend that you bring your own drinking vessel (i.e. water bottle and/or insulated travel mug).
