We make every effort to use organic and locally sourced food and ingredients in our meals. We offer a general menu that is suitable for omnivores as well as for vegetarians. We offer water to drink for all meals; coffee and hot tea are available at meals and breaks. If you have any food allergies or have any special dietary requirements, please bring your own meals and snacks to supplement what we provide.
In all cases, please feel free to bring your own beverages, meals and/or snacks if you wish to do so. If you do plan to bring your own meals and snacks, please indicate that on your registration form so we can plan accordingly.
