Theme for September: THE GREAT MOTHER: I AM HER DAUGHTER, HOLY AND SOVEREIGN

The Kinstone New Moon Women’s Circle is a Sister Circle inspired by the Global Sisterhood™.  A Sister Circle is a safe and sacred place where we can get real, share our journeys, insights, and stories. We can cultivate self-love and authentic connection. In circle we can all speak our truth and be seen and heard for who we are. All women are invited to join in our circle, especially women who desire to create supportive relationships with other women, women who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and are looking for some rejuvenation, and women who are looking for ways to find and express the Sacred in their daily lives.

We meet at Kinstone once a month on the Friday closest to the new moon. Join us! Here are the details for this month:

Theme of the Month: THE GREAT MOTHER: I AM HER DAUGHTER, HOLY AND SOVEREIGN This one is for the untamable, unbreakable, powerful wild woman within all of us. This one is for the collective feminine force rising on our planet. This one’s about defying expectations and claiming our power. This one’s for the new feminine paradigm that is emerging within us all.

Astrology: Virgo (Earth sign ruled by Mercury) The Virgo energy is going to help you to focus on what you most need to and give you the force to work all of the details through. Find ways to express yourself creatively in whatever ways best suit you. Less thoughts, more feels! Remember to embrace your uniqueness and go after what truly calls to your heart. For moments like this are special opportunities to both respect and make the most out of.

Some questions for contemplation / inspiration for sharing this month:

• Bring to mind an example of a time that you were rebellious or defied expectations. What motivated you? What was the experience like for you? What happened as a result of this in your life and in your community?
• What is your current growth edge around being a sovereign woman and fully owning your power? In other words, where may you still be giving your power away, or changing yourself to fit in?
• Are there any glass ceilings or limitations in your life? If so, what are they? Think not only collectively, but personally, and get specific.

What to expect: In Circle, we discuss the theme for the month, then join in a short group heart meditation, followed by a time for personal sharing – feelings, questions, truths, stories, poems, and more. In this space we are free to celebrate our individuality as well as our collective strength, fearlessness, nurturing, healing and gifts. Come as you are.

Come prepared to share! Feel free to share what is on your heart, something you have written or bring a short poem, quote, or story that speaks to you – this may be relevant to the theme for the month or could be anything that you find inspirational or that highlights the unique strengths of women.

WHAT  TO BRING: An item for the altar (stone, flowers, personal item etc.), a chair and/or blanket to sit on outdoors, sunscreen, insect repellent, extra layers of clothing, a water bottle, flashlights or headlamps for dark nights.
