Rental Information

Please note, in all cases, facility rentals are non-exclusive; this means that Kinstone remains open to visitors during our published open hours.
Rental Information for Weddings
Kinstone is very unique. You will not find another place like it in the USA for your wedding. Kinstone is available for micro wedding ceremonies or vow renewal ceremonies of 1 to 50 guests. No receptions. Rental terms are $800 for 2 hours, outdoors only. Additionally, the rental fees include 1 Photography Permit, and admission to Kinstone for all Attendees solely for the day of the event. Note that we do not offer any other amenities such as chairs, tents, or indoor preparation areas. Wedding parties must arrive already dressed and prepared. A venue rental agreement is required which includes all terms and conditions.
Other Rentals
Kinstone Visitor Center: A portion of the Kinstone Visitor Center is available for rent for groups of 1 to 20 persons for meetings, arts and crafts gatherings, presentations, and similar events. If your activity requires reasonable table space per person, keep the number in your group at 12 or below. The building also hosts the Kinstone Library and Gift Shop. The rental area is semi-private as it is separated from the rest of the building by a partial room divider that is not soundproof. Rental terms are $30/hour plus anyone in the group who walks around the grounds at Kinstone must also pay the posted Kinstone admission fee. The total admission fees must be paid along with the rental payment.
All Other Locations at Kinstone: all other structures (i.e. Yurt, Dragon’s Keep, Cabin, Chapel) and all outdoor spaces at Kinstone may be available to rent on a case by case basis for retreat events for a fee. Contact us to discuss your ideas and get a quote.

Photography Permit Information
Generally, individuals visiting Kinstone may take photographs for personal use without the need for a photography permit. NO DRONES without a permit! If you are in doubt about the photography you wish do to, please read through each of the permit types below for more information.

Rules/Policies
Every rental of Kinstone property shall be governed by a rental agreement that includes specific rules, policies and procedures, and payment schedules that the renter must adhere to. The agreement shall be reviewed and signed by the renter prior to final reservation of any specific calendar date. At the time the agreement is finalized and signed, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the estimated total fee will be required to hold the date.
