Theme for June: FREE THE VOICE: I EXPRESS MY AUTHENTIC TRUTH

The Kinstone New Moon Women’s Circle is a Sister Circle inspired by the Global Sisterhood™.  A Sister Circle is a safe and sacred place where we can get real, share our journeys, insights, and stories. We can cultivate self-love and authentic connection. In circle we can all speak our truth and be seen and heard for who we are. All women are invited to join in our circle, especially women who desire to create supportive relationships with other women, women who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and are looking for some rejuvenation, and women who are looking for ways to find and express the Sacred in their daily lives.

We meet at Kinstone once a month on the Friday closest to the new moon. Join us! Here are the details for this month:

Theme of the Month: FREE THE VOICE: I EXPRESS MY AUTHENTIC TRUTH There are as many ways to express ourselves as there are stars in the sky, and women who have walked this earth. Learning how to speak the truth of our heart with presence and clarity in a nonviolent and graceful way elevates our relationships, our careers, and our self-esteem. It helps us tell the people in our lives and the universe what we need and want… and ultimately, we receive it.

Astrology: Gemini (Air sign ruled by Mercury) Gemini’s powerful new moon provides us with a potent time to look at our relationships, and focus on creating crystal clear communication within them to empower everyone.

Keywords: Communication, mental mastery, trusting your inner wisdom, changing directions quickly, curiosity, open-mindedness

Some questions for contemplation / inspiration for sharing this month:

• What passions, truths, or ways of being have you been hiding? How might this be affecting your relationship to family, career, or personal fulfillment?
• What have you been afraid to say? To whom, and why?
• What are the common thoughts in your mind that hold you back from trusting your voice and expressing yourself fully?
• What prevents you from showing up fully present and confidently? (Hint: Look within yourself, as well as your environment, including social life) 
• Is there anything you need to apologize for, or an apology you feel you need?
• How can your intimate relationships be improved or taken to the next level through sound and the voice?

What to expect: In Circle, we discuss the theme for the month, then join in a short group heart meditation, followed by a time for personal sharing – feelings, questions, truths, stories, poems, and more. In this space we are free to celebrate our individuality as well as our collective strength, fearlessness, nurturing, healing and gifts. Come as you are.

Come prepared to share! Feel free to share what is on your heart, something you have written or bring a short poem, quote, or story that speaks to you – this may be relevant to the theme for the month or could be anything that you find inspirational or that highlights the unique strengths of women.

WHAT  TO BRING: An item for the altar (stone, flowers, personal item etc.), a chair and/or blanket to sit on outdoors, sunscreen, insect repellent, extra layers of clothing, a water bottle, flashlights or headlamps for dark nights.
