• What about your sexuality most needs healing and liberation?
• Reflect on a time you felt the most free, grounded, open, and empowered in your sexual energy. How did this experience impact you?
• How does your sexual energy (aka life-force energy) impact your creativity and productivity? Think about your projects, the process of manifestation, and your relationship to creativity itself.
• Identify what you’ve been giving your power away to, and transform this pattern so that you feel fully empowered. Is it a distraction, addiction, codependency, shame, feeling like you don’t have enough time, etc?
• Create space to share your emotions with a trusted friend, or to process your emotions on your own. Any emotions that are uncomfortable or bottled up are asking to be released for your own psychological healing.
• Get clear on what you want to create, and focus your attention and energy on this project. Channel your sexual energy into birthing this creation and take steady steps forward.”
