Kinstone Women’s Circle is a Sister Circle! We are part of the Global Sisterhood. A Sister Circle is a safe and sacred place where we can get real, share our journeys, insights, and stories. We can cultivate self-love and authentic connection. In circle we can all speak our truth and be seen and heard for who we are. All women are invited to join in our circle, especially women who desire to create supportive relationships with other women, women who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and are looking for some rejuvenation, and women who are looking for ways to find and express the Sacred in their daily lives.

Some questions for contemplation / inspiration for this month:

• When looking in the mirror do you have unhealthy thought patterns? If so, what are they? Pay attention to what comes up, you might be surprised.
• In your own experience, how has feeling uncomfortable in your body or appearance impacted you socially or while leading? Do you see how it drains your sense of power?
• What beauty can you see in yourself?
• What beauty can you see in the current global situation?
• Has your body been sending you any messages? What are they? Have you been listening?
• Who can you truly lean on for soul-level support when times get rough?
• When do you feel the most beautiful, healthy, and abundant in your body? (Whatever it is… do more of it!)
• What in your life feels stable?
• Create your own question….
